As the title says, these are new, never used. This is the brand Bill Burke recommends. I over-ordered and can't return this pair. First time I've taken them out of the bag was to snap these pictures. In one of the photos is the tag that describes the tire sizes these will fit.

These retail for over $150.00+shipping, I'm selling for $110 + shipping. Or local pick up in Portland, Oregon area.
