Headed from East Coast to West later this year to run Rubicon Trail and debating pulling the RTT to drop the center of gravity. The rig is well built, but I'm balancing the comfort of having it for a ~2 week cross country trip with de-risking that part of the trip. Any first hand experience running the Rubicon with a RTT would be much appreciated here as I plan.

There are many youtube vids of rigs with RTT's doing the Rubicon, I would say that it is a "comfort" feeling for you on the trail.......
