re-use high lift mount

wen you dont want to use high lift anymore and dont waist mount just buy clips and use it as a shovel/axe mount

just got the part (clips and bolts ) will do wen i build it but , you put 2 clip inside one upright other bottom (for shovel ) the handle gonna be in bottom . other on the exterior (left) clamps and bottom for side axe or something else
