Pure Michigan Trip

Heading out from Alabama in the Jeep with my daughter and going straight up I-65 North and then into Michigan. We will for sure be at Ludington, Sleeping Bear, Traverse City, Mackinac Island, Wilderness State Park, Tahquehenon Falls and then on to Fort Wilkins before working our way back south. Any must visit little gems in the UP or any where near the points mentioned?

If you can, Isle Royale, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isle_Royale. From your list, it looks like you’ve got the major spots. Camp out at Sleeping Bear if you can, it s great sleeping under the stars on the shore of Lake Michigan!
