PowerTex Batteries?

Hi everyone!

Looking to add a 100ah lithium battery to my solar setup and found batteries from PowerTex. They appear to be much cheaper than other options and seem legit… but there is also very little info / reviews on them. Can anyone share their experience?

Comparing against other budget-to-moderate priced options.

Never heard of that battery, I have 2 Ampere Time batteries that I have had for 8 months now and they are working fine. I would watch some of Will Prowse's videos on YouTube, he tests the capacity of Lithium batteries and then opens them up to see the build quality. Also, if you buy a battery without a low temp shutoff, you can remedy that with Victron Charge controllers and their Battery Smart Sense module. I also have some SOK Lithium batteries, but I have not used them yet, but they have good reviews.
