I recently found that the advanced auto parts near me are clearing out stock of the schumacher power converters for the new model coming in. The older model ones are going for cheap. Here is a link for anyone interested https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/schumacher-2000-watt-power-converter-pc2000/11000050-p?product_channel=local&store=5357&adtype=pla&product_channel=local&store_code=5357&gclid=Cj0KCQiA7qP9BRCLARIsABDaZzjzocWOuGcMG9_cG6fD59298CTG6piAVYVW72EkKHk31IXP0x3jkKYaAkYTEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Thanks, just ordered the 2000W online and will pick it up after work today at one of our local Advanced Auto stores! So far I've just run 12V items off my battery setup but couldn't pass up such a great price on a 2000W inverter!

I had a doctor's appt. so picked mine up already, going to be fun testing out just what this thing will power. I think I might get a separate battery for this and keep my other battery dedicate to my 12V stuff!

If you order check around for local stores that have it in stock, that is how I got my 2000W one, found a local store in town that had it and picked it up a few hours after making the online purchase!

For those who got the 2K unit, did you get one or two of the red and black cables? I got one red and two black. Also no instructions. Not like that’s a huge issue.

I kinda figured that. Making a cable is no big deal. I’ll probably need to anyway once I determine where I’m going to mount it.

I have confirmed I can run an electric drill with it, so at least the thing works.
