What are you all using to get the power to your auxiliary items? I am going to be installing a midland GRMS radio in the truck and eventually some lighting as well. Back in the day i used to just run a fused lead off the battery. I'm sure there's a littler cleaner and more appropriate way to do it. Looking at different 12v Fused Junction blocks. Curious about recommendations and also grounding.

Looking at something like this currently:

A Blue Sea fuse block behind a 100amp breaker is a pretty popular option. I have a winch and compressor wired direct to the battery but everything else connects to the block. It only offers up to 30amps per circuit though. This is sufficient for most things but the compressor was 40amp. Its a great solution for a lot of smaller accessories and provides a grounding source as well.
