Photos uplaoding and displaying correctly, then not

So lately when uploading photos it seems the site will not display the photo in the post but only as a generic icon to click on. Previously this never happened but lately I've posted in different threads where some photos are displaying and others in the same thread post are click-to-see icons. When I went to look at them on OB Talk, all photos were displaying correctly.

I did check the size of the uploaded photos and they are below the max size.

Curious to why this happens -- do I need to upgrade my account
