I'm preparing to be shot down with what might be a silly question, but here goes...
Has anybody succeeded in using their overlander as home in a city for a 1-6 month period?
Example city: London.
The question assumes a sizeable vehicle and necessities/comforts to make this a sustainable option.

- Where are the best public places to park?
- Who are the best people to approach for a private place to park?
- Have you faced any objections or issues? If so, what are the usual gripes?
- Is the vehicle "safe" in a city environment?
