Advocate II
We had an awesome time at Overland Expo West. It was more than just going to the Expo though that we wanted to do. We started off in Alabama and headed to Colorado Springs to see Pikes Peak and visit one of the Hill Climb race shops. We spent 2 nights in CO Springs then heaeded to Ouray CO. All the passes were still snowed in so we ended up on some dirt roads exploring and camped one night. We got up the next morning and made our way through the mountains, heading to Moab for a day on the trails and spent the night on Top of the World trail. We left Moab and made our way to Flagstaff for the expo. Up to this point we were on back roads only avoiding all the interstates. We stayed till Sunday and at that point we made our way back to Alabama via 40 to avoid all the storms. Had an amazing trip with 4000 miles round trip.
