A bit of Overlanding before the Overland Expo East.
A very laid back trip on Big Levels 4wd trail. Meeting at Slacks Trail parking lot on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I'll be meeting friends there the evening of the 4th, Tuesday, then finding an overnight spot close by, so we can meet others at Slacks the morning of the 5th, Wednesday. We willll run the Big Levels trails, camp that night, and maybe do Shoe Creek the next day. Planning to arrive at the Expo the evening of the 6th or morning of the 7th, Thursday or Friday. This is a loosly planned trip where the travel is the adventure.
