Thanks for the subscription, Ric.  As for mailing of issue 9, it went out about a week ago so you should have it any day now.  The official announcement to access the digital edition will go out on Monday, 6/15.  It would have gone out a week ago but I was in Mexico and other members of our staff were out so we couldn't get the announcement done.  Stay tuned.
