This is a nice little gem in NE Florida, tucked just south of the Okeefenokee Swamp. There's lots of fire roads, most are able to be driven in 2wd. The trails off of the main roads however are wet and require one to travel with another vehicle and enough recovery equipment, for the odd submersion. The National Forestry's web site has more than enough info, as well as info on other great forests in Florida. It's easy enough for the inexperienced and offers some challenges for more experienced drivers. Its not Moab...it's Florida, we do mud and swamps. Enjoy

Stayed in SandHill Camp 2 weeks ago with 4 other trucks. Been riding Osceola for 12+ years. So many trails to ride in that forest, ALOT of water and there are some sand "hills" to play on in some spots too.

Planning on camping here when we tackle a portion of the SEAT. One of the rigs is going to be a Honda Element. How do you think they will fare back in the Osceola w/the mud and water. Too deep? Too treacherous?
