opinions on Sunset Sun-Ray 109 camper trailer

Looking at these they are about the cheapest kitted out offroad trailer available and the 109E has a platform on front for toy hauler or additional gear. Only thing that comes close is the Braxton River (not as well equipped or organized) or WeeRoll (empty shell). I have heard of axle and heater failures in the Sun-Ray so I would expect to have to replace those. Any thoughts, opinions, or alternatives on the SunRay.

The Good, the bad and the ugly

Looked like a nice little trailer until I started researching them.

I also looked at the Braxton Creek. Seems way better built that the 109. Simpler smaller systems. The little 10 ft Bushwacker is somewhat impressive after crawling around in one. And could be had in that $10k range or even just slightly below.
