So I’ve had the ARB compressor mounted behind the grill sense end of last winter . Now that I’ve had to air up tires with snow on the ground and almost freezing my hands off I’d like to add the air tank I’ve had sitting around . Looking for suggestions on a mounting location . Tank is approximately 2’long x approximately 8 “ also would love to see pictures of the communities on board air system .

I fitted mine outside the cab in a relativley protected place on the underbody. It has about 7.5 liters/ 2 gallons of volume and about 50 x 15 x 20cm/ 20 x 6 x 8 inches in size. Choose a position where the tank does not affect the ground clearance too much. It sits on the passenger side directly next to the frame and somewhat protected behind the front frame outrigger.

My full on board air setup described here, maybe it helps you:

This was my Taco. 2.5 gallon tank on the back wall of the camper. Worked well and was happy with it.
Honestly did not help with speed tho. GPH moves air and most compressors are limited.
Have a cup of coffee while you're airing up and down and enjoy the day.
