Nik H Hammond and fiancée Leann Stratta have been appointed “Member Representatives” in the West Europe Region.
Their role will be to assist the Regional director with a remit to assist members in the south of England. This is in appreciation of their outstanding support for Overland Bound where they will be continuing to support Overland Bound and the Core Principles whilst assisting members get the representation needed to ensure Overland Bound remains inclusive and the number one Overland Group.
Nik and Leann (and their son Josh 11) are regular travellers and trips this year include to the French Alps, Germany, North Wales and later in the year to Scotland whilst past trips include the Balkans and Morocco. Like many other members, Nik is also a veteran.
Both Nik and Leann are enthusiastic about the role and are itching to get their teeth into the ideas they have to to help members and their families get out together with trips, training and meet ups. So do keep an eye out!
They also travel all year round and are in striking distance of most of the South of England and the Midlands so if you want information, assistance or tips, they are very approachable.
