New to Colorado Springs and Overlanding!

Hello! I just recently moved to Colorado Springs and I'm itching to get out and do some exploring. I am really new to overlanding but I have been camping all my life, mostly in Arkansas so the mountains out here really are a shock! but I absolutely love it.

Sorry I won't be able to go up that far North this weekend @carlo_donz . Not to take away from that group but wanted to gauge interest if anyone wants to do a ride closer to Colorado Springs on Sunday. I'm too new to wheeling in the area to make many suggestions. Was thinking of Shubarth loop...

Can’t wait! I actually had the day off today and explored Schubarth Trail off of Rampart Range road this morning. It’s nice just being out there.

Welcome! Schubarth is one of my favorite trails summer and winter. Makes for a nice time. Itching to get out also. We spend lots of time down your way, between kayaking Rampart reservoir, wheeling near by trails or just hiking the Garden of the Gods area. Hope to cross paths this summer.
