New member here from Minnesota.
I am a teacher by educational background, ended up a soldier sort of by accident, and now A banker...What a path?!
I come from Jeep background when it comes to this sort of thing, having built a few different jeeps over the years. Priorities changed and I wanted something more capable for longer distances.
I currently have a 2001 F350 project I'm working on. 7.3 Turbo Diesel. It has 162k miles on it, and I just picked it up for 3800$. Mechanically in great shape, cosmetically a 2/10 so that's where my efforts are right now. Picked up a full set of mostly rust free doors and looking for a box as well. Then I'll make it all straight, POR15 the underside, Grizzly grip the top side, and have a rig that will last a long time. I look forward to making connections with like minded people, and helping out if I can.
