Found some cage material by a dumpster, it stayed there for about 3 months so finally I thought I’d pick it up and upgrade from my tiny roof rack.

Bought 2 cans of spray paint and some u-bolts, cut them down to size with my cheap angle grinder, all in all, pretty happy, just need to figure out what all I’ll add, probably a ladder this weekend if I have time.

Awesome looking score & nice looking work.
Thank you much! It was a fun project, couple hours well spent, saved about $2000 by not buying the one I wanted, and I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure this one is bigger anyways.

Very cool...tell me about your limb line brackets under the hood.
Pretty simple, I used some L brackets I had laying around, drilled 2 holes in each, drilled a hole in a good area under the hood. One bolt with a washer and lock washer, some stainless steel cable covered with some black tape (in case it’s not as stainless as it was advertised.)106687
