Resolved Membership Order Status

Hello,

I didn’t really want to post this on a forum, but I placed and an order a couple weeks ago and received a tracking number. However, according to your USPS website, the order has still never been shipped. I have tried emailing OB support twice, but no one is responding. Please advise.
