CA Atlantic Canada Looking to plan a trip in Northern New Brunswick

Hi!
with the restrictions, we can't go too far... there is a big stop at the New Brunswick border right now so I'm thinking about doing a trip up there.
Around Edmunston, 3 days of riding with access to fuel at reasonable distances is the intent.
We will be 2 or 3 bikes and will try to be self sufficient except for fuel but we will have at least 200km autonomy.
I will start to look at the backroad mapbook to plan this trip but if somebody has a great ''loop'' they like to do, let me know!
