What a joy, it shows our roots, it did not even have disc brakes, much less descent control :-)

Mine is a '63 SIIa 88 SW with Trop top named Grover (currently going through a mechanical rebuild).

Along with no disc brakes or descent control, there is no power steering; you need to double clutch (non fully synchronized gearbox); no electronic or roll down widows; no A/C; no seatbelts; top speed of 50-55mph without over drive and etc. etc. and etc.
