I think your best bet would be to buy some used arms or replacement bushings and reverse engineer. Bolt size is easy; what fits in the hole and how long are your factory bolts.

The factory bolts I've measured and I'm going to be using johnny joints on the chassis side but I can't seem to find any regular bushings to use on the axle side that are weld on

It looks like the bushings are press-in, so you would need to weld on a sleeve that will hold them properly, or purchase some poly bushings. They would be easier to fit.

Well I'll be building them for a 35" tire so may decide to do johnny joints for every bushing just don't know of any deminishing returns one johnny is suppose to be good for about 30° of articulation and I don't see needing anything above that
