Well I wanted to go to Shaver Lake next month but I don't think my schedule will allow me to go when my club goes. So nothing booked yet

I borrowed a friends this weekend and used it in Death Valley. Normally I have an RTT with my off-road trailer. I liked the setup. I still prefer my RTT but for many this will be a great option. It does setup in no time. You have to stake it down well like any tent. My only concern would be that it does not have good lateral stability. The one night it was windy the tent leaned greatly until I was able to stake it down and place the guy lines. I actually was concerned it might get damaged. It is very well made otherwise and very well thought out. A significant investment like an RTT. I never set up the porch and my friend does not have the side panels to make the porch a room. I am grateful for having the opportunity to try one on a long weekend.
