Since I really haven't posted much up here of trips that I've taken here is how my 2016 went.

I saw a lot of lows and highs in 2016 as I traveled though 8 states - from the low of Carlsbad Cavern in New Mexico to the highest peak in Colorado, Mt Elbert.

January 2016 - Capulin Nation Monument, New Mexico

February - did some random exploring and drove the Highway of Legends

March 2016 - pretty much an easy month just made a visit to Denver Auto Expo

April 2016 - took a mini vacation through New Mexico

Dawson, New Mexico

Fort Union

Orchard Ranch

Carlsbad Cavern

Hiked Guadalupe Peak - highest peak in New Mexico

May 2016 - more random exploring through Colorado and visited South Park City

June 2016 - hiked Bison-McCurdy Basin again

July 2016 - Not much happened due to having to work weekends and mountain biked when i could get a chance.

August 2016 - Was my big trip of the year as I traveled through Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Washington (I'm not counting that little bit of Oregon). End of the month drove Mosquito Pass again.

Hiked Uncompahrge Peak (Colorado 14'er)

Drove Engineer's Pass, again

Hiked around Grand Teton National Park for a few days

Visited the semi-ghost town of Rock Bar, Idaho

Hiked around Mt Rainier, Washington for a few days

And wound up hiking the highest peak in Colorado, Mt Elbert

September 2016 - Did some mountain biking along Sheep Creek Trail and hiked two more 14'ers Gray's and Torry's

October 2106 - saw a little bit of random exploring but I was finishing up a construction project and getting ready to move again.

November 2016 - I was back in Utah and drove the Pony Express Trail and explored a little bit more in Nevada. Then I visited Broken Arrow trail in Sedona, Arizona on my way home for Thanksgiving

December 2016 - Explored SW Utah on the last day of the year.

Here's hoping 2017 will be just as good (1/1/17).

I also made a number of trips home to Arizona during the year for various events and got some mountain biking in when ever I could.
