It depends on where you are in NE. I know a lot of people come down to Tuttle Creek Reservoir just north of Manhattan KS.

Thank you for this! We are a little west of Omaha. I've heard of Tuttle Creek. May I ask where you were able to find that info you attached? Was it on here? I've used the map system and have been looking but I did not see those.
