Awning is in excellent condition, cover shows a little wear but is not damaged. Comes with brand new mounting brackets, plus all poles and guy-lines. Pickup in Haslet, TX only. This is still mounted to my Van, so you can see it in action before buying. Very easy set up and take down and can be used without legs and guy lines in good weather. It's a great awning but I've decided to go back to my old setup (straight awning with ARB room) as it works better for my Van and style of camping.

If you have the 2500 x 2500 with the built in light, I would give ~$300 for that. So your awning plus $400 for my awning? I already have the ARB room, so wouldn't need that.

Dang. I’m so sorry. I never got notice of the reply. would you still have it available and would you be able to hold off until mid-Feb to do the swap? I do not have the light, but the awning room is brand new.

also, what is the length of the awning? My trailer has fixed mounting points.
