Gooooood potato soup recipe

I recently spent some time in rehab after an operation. When I first got there I was on a soft diet and they served me this potato soup any time I wanted it. I think they made it only once a week but kept it on the stove for hungry patients on a daily basis. I'm not kidding folks this soup is goooooood stuff.

Thank you, I'm doing very well. Yes, simple to make and delicious to eat. I'm wanting some since the weather has cooled down some.
