I'm going in a different direction with my build and after less than 12 months of use am parting ways with this rack. It does not come with the awning shown, but I can include the awning mounts (for an eezi-awn swift) and quick release mounts for a roof top tent if you're interested. This rack retails for $1,300 new, so save a few bucks and enjoy the adventure ahead!

This is not difficult and I did it myself, you just need a special rivnut tool. I think you could get the rack, unloaded, home without the rivnuts, but I wouldn't take it on any extended trips or load it.
