I wanted to share my installation of my ARB CKMA12 in a 2011 FJ. My only requirements were : I didn't want to drill any new holes in my engine bay and I am still deciding if I wanted a dual battery setup in the future. I didn't want to install it where everyone has a second battery. I decided to place the compressor by the master cylinder on the driver's side.
1) moved the fuse box from the side wall
2) made my own mounting plate from Al plating and used all existing fittings in the engine bay.
3) all the mounts are on rubber washers to try to cut down on vibration and noise (not sure if that was helpful or not)
