Don't know if it is just slow to update, but maybe it is broken? I remember badges to update pretty fast from the past badges I got.
Not that I care all that much but just thought I'd put it out here.
To quote the requirement for the Enthusiast III:
You've made 140 posts and received 30 likes! In addition, you have at least 400 points, and you have been registered for 30 days
And I have:
Messages: 344
Likes: 287
Points: 509

I guess it just took some time.. because it fixed itself.
