Electric Heat in the AM

I recently purchased a small 200W ceramic heater. While I don’t need to sleep with a heater as I have nice down quilts, I thought it would be nice if I could crank this heater up 30 minutes to an hour before I got out of bed in the 4Runner. It seems the Jackery 240 would power this heater for a little over an hour, which would be perfect. However, if it’s 30 degrees outside when I need this heater, it will be plenty cold inside and I’m wondering if the Jackery would even work in those temps. Any thoughts?
