We love all the ideas and suggestions, some have been done and some did not work out, but the ideas are great none the less.
Please understand, there are a ton of things going on at all times with OB, from software and apps to rally outings to people needing help to just trying to stay in your kids life. All that being said, the staff is small, work very hard to make everything they can top notch for you and I. I could go on and on, but you get the idea.
We have to remember all this when we post an idea and see no action for a time. We are working on a method to improve some time lines on some things, will it happen overnight? no, but it is being discussed and something is trying to be worked out.
So please be very patient, try to understand and if nothing else, know that we love the ideas and we are not ignoring you or the idea.
