New guy here from Charlottesville, VA! I’m looking for some easier trails to run an old series 2 disco on just to get a feel for what type of mods might come in handy. I work in the Shenandoah valley, so somewhat familiar with that area! Any recommendations for some starter trails?

Flagpole Knob is a good one to cut your teeth on. There are hundreds of miles of FS foads in the GW nat. forest. Get a good GPS nav app like GAIA and just go drive. Thats what I did when I first got my truck. The middle VA Appalachians are beautiful!!

Here is a trip that I did last summer:

Hello John, welcome to the OB community.

Try Peter’s Mill Run OHV... need a day pass for $5 available at the nearby local convenience stores. Check out the NFS website.
