Planning a trip around the Central CA Coast, roughly between Santa Barbara and Malibu. Was planning on surfing during the day and camping in the Carrizo Plains area for a couple days. Any other camping places to check out? Preference for free/dispersed sites, have a CA state campfire permit. Thanks!

Go to Jalama beach county park just north of Santa Barbara. Long Beach without many people on it. it's a first come first served county beach.
