This is a family favorite recipe that we make in out trusty cast iron skillet over a camp fire. It is fairly basic and requires very few ingredients.

Fresh whole Green Beans
2 tbsp Butter
2-4 Garlic Cloves (to your liking)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2-1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

Melt your butter in your skillet and add your chopped or smashed garlic cloves. Sautee until fragrant. Add in your green beans and the rest of the ingredients. Let cook until the green beans have slightly browned. Serve and enjoy.

I just got a cast iron skillet based on the positive comments on this forum. I’ll definitely try this recipe!
