Resolved Can't login in the store

I am trying to login in the store, it looks like I forgot my email password but the "forgot password" link doesn't work, it does not recognize my email address. I don't know why because I still have the original emails from when I became an OB member and I confirmed I am entering the correct email address.

Who should I contact about this ?
