BLM land to camp and shoot

I'm looking for some land where I can camp out and shoot my rifle near east bay
I would like to shoot out to 800-1000 yards
Any help would be great

Its a bit of a drive but I'd suggest Tumey Hills about 3 hours south of you down HWY 5. I'd call the local office to make sure its open but this time of year shouldn't be an issue. There are a lot of areas that should suit your distances with good options for back stop against hills.

I ended up going to Indian lake
Awesome place
Shot at 800 yards
