Super impromptu trip to Ballinger Canyon today with some friends. Just thought I would throw it out to the local overlandbound community. I'll be scanning CB channels 4 and 16 while I'm out there! Hope to see anyone!

How was Ballinger Canyon? I headed up to Figueroa again but the side gates are still closed on Zaca Ridge (Catway) and Lookout. I figure they will keep them closed until the bloom is over and all of the rains have stopped for good. The mountain is still packed with people especially on the Los Olivos side and they are often in a hurry...!
