I'm looking for suggestion for the awning. I have Grand Cherokee with Rocky Roads roof rack. Roof rack has RTT mounted on top already. It's looked like this pictures below. I will move recovery board, as I will get Gobi stair. Well May be temporary mount them on top RTT.

The Smittybilt Awning is a nice one and priced well, I believe the come in 4, 6 and 8ft, 8ft may be to long for your rig though.

I just ordered 2 awnings for my new project: right hand mount Rhino Batwing Compact & the Tuff Stuff 4x4 6 1\2ft. x 8ft. awning w\ shelter room for the left side.

I like it that one and it comes side wall as well.

Yeah, it’s been great for us even with the extension removed. Thank you!

This is an insight from 10 years in the PNW...

We found the typical commercial awnings were unable to handle the usual afternoon camp breezes that would exceed the manufacturer’s max ~15mph wind ratings.

Our solution was to bungee a kelty Noah tarp or a shade cloth to the roof top rack.
