Selling my ARB Simpson III with annex room. No damage, light use (40 nights or less), aired and swept out after every trip. Tent is currently off the vehicle. If buyer is able to meet at my house I have a hoist for mounting up to 6ft clearance. Spring 2021 I added a high density mattress that far exceeds the factory comfort and a telescoping ladder. I have both the original mattress, ladder and spare hardware to go with the sale.
