Hello! We will be on an overland trip to camp in the Redwoods on the coast of Northern California in a couple weeks and we need a place to camp partway on the trip near Klamath Falls, Oregon. I have several places marked in the National Forest north and south of there.

It would be great if someone could scout these locations for us and let us know if they're good or not. We'll be rolling in and making camp after dark and it would be a bummer to arrive and it be a terrible place.

Hey @Chadlyb , could you help a guy out?
Unfortunately that's 2 hours south of me and somewhere I haven't spent any time visiting. I did winter camp in an rv spot in Lake of the Woods resort which isn't to far away from there. They have cabins and places to camp. The weather is still wintery here so have no idea how bad it is there currently. Sorry I can't be more help. Park sign.jpg

@Chadlyb Thank you for the suggestion, I did check that place out. We are looking for free and dispersed camping and it seems like there's a couple good spots in the forest to crash for the night. Just want some eyes on the ground before we're rolling in trying to set up camp real quick at 10pm! haha
