I live about 30 minutes outside of Dallas and was wondering If anyone knew some good trails in that area?

The closest “Trails” to DFW are at Northwest OHV in Bridgeport. Next is Barnwell Mountain outside of Gilmer. Pay to play Off-road Parks....
There are, however, hundreds of miles of backroads around the METRO that offer plenty of scenery and weather induced challenging roads. Check out the Rally Point event for Nov 16-18 and come meet some members.

SE Oklahoma offers some forest service roads (Ouachita National Forest).

Houston here...I think other than some beach trails, Dallas has us beat

If your willing to go to hunt, fannin and delta counties i can guide you down some gnarly backroads that you will get stuck if thats what your looking for. There are also easier fun mud roads out here.
