Hey Midwest crew! I wanted to share one of our anniversary trips my wife and I took through the Mark Twain National Forest. It was a surreal experience with the snow and quiet trails. My 2004 WJ Overland handled the Missouri winter perfectly! Check out the trip here:

very cool!

My wife and I did our first trip to Missouri last December and started at Hawn State Park and over to Johnson Shut Ins, Elephant Rock and surrounding areas and worked our way to Lake of the Ozarks. We were camping at Johnsons Shut Ins State Park and got unexpected snow and it was a very nice experience...quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Love your video...brought back great memories there!

Thank you for watching! It really was a beautiful trip. I actually went on a hiking trip last month with my men's group through that same area we hiked from Taum Sauk Mountain over to the Shut-Ins. It’s such an amazing stretch of trail; if you haven't done the hike itself, I highly recommend it!
