Amateur Radio online testing with WM7X

A question I get asked a lot is; “Where do I take my test for amateur radio license?”
The go to answer used to be go find a local club and set up your test through them. Now however, online testing is becoming more prominent. The largest online testing group is WM7X. Stephen Hutchenson has been working on this since 2021 and has put together a very easy to use testing group.

Over here in Germany, the online test option was discussed during Covid if I remember correctly. Currently, unfortunately, the tests are still not possible online but only in person. But there are online courses and some apps to help to prepare for the test.
