Traveler I
We are planning a trip from Dallas to the Ouachita national forest for a 3-day/2-night trip. I’m considering the K-Trail as a route but wanted to get some advice as this will be the first time on the trail. The trips is planned for mid November and will consist of 2 rigs and families with 4 kiddos. I’m concerned about the trail time vs. fun activity time (hiking/ river exploration, wild life viewing etc.). All comments and recommendation welcome.
