I am putting my BRX X-Series overland trailer up for sale. It's been running as a rental rig through my overland camper rental business here in North Georgia and is ready for its next owner. I'm going to lead with the thing most sellers would bury: there's a disclosed structural repair on this trailer. The original wall-to-floor connection failed, I fixed it properly with 1" × 2.5" carbon steel rectangular tube and hardware, it's been field-tested through active rentals with no further issues, and I'll show any serious buyer exactly what was done in person. Fasteners should be inspected and re-tightened periodically — fully visible inside the cabin and not hidden.
That said — here's what makes this rig genuinely special. In 2023 I tore it down and rebuilt both side walls and the roof from scratch using marine-grade materials. West System 207-SB epoxy on every surface. Petit Flagship Varnish topcoat. Custom birch plywood sourced from North Carolina. The same system used to build and waterproof wooden boats like Chris-Craft. The interior looks and feels like a boat cabin. $15,366 in documented materials. I have every receipt.
It's loaded — Dometic Penguin II A/C with heat pump, GENMAX 3500iAED inverter generator, Freespirit Recreation High Country 80" RTT with a new tent body (March 2025), Yakima OutPost HD roof rack (500 lb rated), dual Optima YellowTop batteries, 120W Zamp solar, Joolca HOTTAP V2 hot water and shower system, Timbren axle-less suspension, Nitto Ridge Grapplers, Max Coupler hitch, Bushwakka freestanding awning, pre-wired Dometic DC hardwire kit for electric coolers, and a full gear package. Full equipment list on the listing page.
Full listing page with photos, complete post-rebuild video walkaround, all specs, gear list, and full structural disclosure:
