So im really into the whole overland scene and also very new. I just moved up to Knoxville from Florida so its quite a terrain difference. Im currently running a mostly stock xj but with some all terrain tires. Only problem with this rig is that it isn't 4wd. So far I have been on a trail or two, gone mudding a few times and haven't gotten stuck or anything yet. So I was hoping someone could educate me on 2wd limitations to avoid getting stuck, and what upgrades i should look into for the xj. This isn't a long term rig since its only 2wd, but i want to have as much fun with it as i can until i can eventually get a 4wd rig ( probably a few years down the road). Any suggestions or opinions would be great.
