tire mounting

Hi All, I'm doing some upgrades to my 3rd gen Taco and I need a recommendation. I've just purchased some Method Bead Grip wheels. I need to have my current tires (+1 new one for the spare) mounted on my 5 new wheels. I don't want to trust the teenagers at Discount Tire with this. Does anyone...
