overland jeep wrangler

Im on a road trip through North America, currently in the Denver area and I need to replace my front bumper. Its a long interesting story, but I need to use a garage or driveway to replace it, possibly a breaker bar. The shop wants to charge me $250 labor , I can do it in about hour. Let me know...
